How far in advance should we book?

For large events — weddings, festivals, corporate galas — six to twelve months out gives us the most room to design and secure vendors. Smaller private celebrations can often move faster, sometimes in a matter of weeks. If your date is close, reach out anyway; we'll tell you honestly whether it's workable.

What's the difference between Full Event Production and Individual Services?

Full Event Production means our team runs every discipline — design, technical, DJ, management, staff — as one coordinated unit with a single point of contact. Individual Services means you book just what you need, whether that's DJ services alone or a lighting rig for an event you're otherwise planning yourself. Do you only work in one area, or do you travel?

We're based in Israel and serve events nationwide. Venue location factors into planning and logistics, so it's worth mentioning where your event is when you first reach out.

Do you bring your own equipment, or rent it per event?

We own our core lighting and sound inventory, and source additional equipment whenever an event calls for something beyond that — so what shows up on the day is always gear we know and trust.

Can you work alongside vendors we've already booked?

Yes. Whether you want full production from us or just one discipline, we coordinate with any vendor — ours or yours — rather than insisting on an all-or-nothing arrangement.

How does the quote and booking process work?

Tell us about your event through the contact form or a planning call, and we'll come back with a recommended scope and a written quote. Once you're ready to move forward, a deposit secures your date — we'll walk you through the exact terms at that stage rather than a generic policy here.

What happens if we need to reschedule?

Life happens, and event dates move. Talk to us as early as possible — we'll do everything we can to shift your booking rather than starting over, though availability naturally depends on the new date.
